What visa applicants ask us
Is it a real hotel reservation?
Yes. Our team books a real room at a real hotel, in your name, for your dates. Your confirmation carries the booking reference, so the embassy can check it with the hotel.
Will the embassy accept it?
It's what consulates mean by proof of accommodation: a booking in the applicant's name, at an address in the destination, covering the travel dates. Only the consulate decides your visa — what we give you is a booking they can verify, not a template.
What happens to the booking afterwards?
It's held for your application, not paid for. Your confirmation shows the date the hold ends, and after that it lapses on its own. If your visa is approved and you want to stay there, book the room yourself.
Do I pay the hotel anything?
No. You pay us once, at checkout. The hold costs you nothing at the hotel, and there's nothing for you to cancel.
How fast will I get it?
As fast as our onward tickets: up to 24 hours on Standard, faster on Urgent and Super Fast, or on a date you choose with Need Later. You pick the speed at checkout.
Can I choose the hotel?
Yes. Tell us the hotel and city you want. If it has no availability for your dates, we'll book a comparable hotel in the same city.
How many guests can go on one booking?
Up to 9 guests. Each guest is named exactly as on their passport, and the price is per guest.
What if my travel dates change?
Place a new order for the new dates. A booking covers the dates it was made for.
